Safety is our top priority. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, the cruise may be canceled. In that case, you will receive a full refund, and we will work with you to reschedule if possible.

Unfortunately, no. Cancellations or no-shows, for reasons other than weather, are non-refundable. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before departure.

Gratuity is not included in your booking fee. It is optional and appreciated, and goes directly to the crew.
